There is only one and they are amongst the full team of inventors. It’s the combination patent. The original patent for DCVax-L and the continuing patents belong wholly to NWBO. The combination of DCVax-L which is patented by NWBO, and other drugs patented by other companies will still require the consent of the patent holders until those patents run out.
