I just don’t understand how markets work I guess. How this is back down to .97 just blows my mind. Not selling, but obviously someone is, if shorts are the only ones selling then what’s the end game? If they sell it down, and then buy it back to cover? How does one make a profit doing that, when the majority are clearly holding on for the long haul

If is is naked short selling those shares might need to be covered by the end of the day or at least by the close Friday.
