CEO has a medical background though she appears to have worked in finance Having worked in the investment community, I find it hard to believe they have access to $650M in investment capital (x 5-10 because no one puts all their eggs in one basket). Can someone on the positive side—Steve, others—provide some sort of link showing Black Pearl’s prior deals or anything showing they are actually capable of doing this deal. Thanks. I really want this deal to be real and have TPTW fly to the moon but this raises a serious flag to me.
