It's a good step in getting the product visibility for cheap. At least this would get PHBI some market awareness to their supplement and market presence.
To date Peter has been waiting for the mj license and is still raising money for the acquisition according to the last press.
He needs to be proactive and keep shareholders updated frequently so PHBI becomes a well known ticker and so that people are aware of what this company is doing and where we are heading. Takes just a bit of common business sense.
