lol… sorry, no, not per my understanding, for what that is worth. As I understand it, the submission of the application will be PR’d. However, they have been diligently working on assembling the materials required for the modules (29 or so?), and when that work is complete, the application would officially considered to be fully submitted and the countdown clock would begin (be it 45 - Covid approval took that long? - 90 or perhaps a bit longer, as Ex had suggested).
