that the 50 mg did statistical significant but 30 did not

I don't think we need both dosing to be successful. I would imagine if 1 is p < 0.025 then it is success

That would be terrific outcomes for the primary endpoints in a controlled 500+ n AD trial. Let's see.

It seems to me that the risk (to CM personally, and to the company) of making a public and recorded statement like this, while at the same time being aware that the ALZ trial (already PR'd to report TLD on 12/1) has missed its endpoints, is far too great for most anyone, but especially CM, to make. I think this bodes very well for the outcomes to be reported on 12/1.
