Well said there partner! Some people are taking a gamble with their rent money ?? and hoping to double it or become millionaires over time without taking into the high risks into account. I highly advised people to be patient and hold once you conduct product proper DD because at the end of the day the rewards go to those who patiently hold.
funny how the EOY is no longer a concern to you since its due by tomorrow..... I honestly think that it will get filed but there won't be anything substantial to get us out of this mess!
