Actually NNRX has till the 15th and Bishop’s position in the company is the owner. He owes nothing to share holders beyond what he has done. He has to report to the SEC not shareholders; shareholder did not make The Plant or NNRX, share holders invested in NNRX looking to make a profit off of NNRX. The Plant was an establish company that bishop bought, with out share holders money both companies would still exist just as separate companies, the plant owes us nothing either. We as traders in the OTC have taken the gamble in NNRX not The Plant. If he doesn’t file on the fifteenth the world not going to come to an end, the sun will come up tomorrow and NNRX and The Plant will both still be around. As much as I would like to see NNRX file by the 15, I’m not going to sell my shares if it doesn’t happen. The Karen’s on this board are getting monotonous, two days from filing dead line, take a deep breath and relax a bit.
