#15249 RE: myjog #15247

Welcome to pinksheet biotech gambling. Nothing ever starts on time and nothing ever goes as fast as hoped. To complicate matters, the clinical trial environment has not been friendly since the pandemic started.

I don't see evidence that "Stockholders had been bending backwards with patience" -- the float is so low that there aren't many stockholders, for one thing, but the new lenders have been "bending backwards with patience" and that's what matters. The toxic lenders are gone and the death spiral financing is gone. Frankly, I've never seen a pennystock biotech pull out of death spiral financing -- once in the spiral, they simply don't get out. But this stock did.

Look at the strike prices of the warrants and the convertible debt. The new lenders believe in what Cartwright is doing. It's no longer death spiral financing. The importance of that cannot be over-emphasized.

Be warned, though, that when the clinical trials start, it's still going to take a year before they're finished. I suspect that will be too slow for impatient investors. IMO, it doesn't matter what impatient investors think -- all that matters is what the lenders think.

I'm sure you're aware of this website -- it's evidence of progress, albeit slow.

Sorry, did you not see that US trials have started?
