of that $934k revenue, how much of it was KT Tape?
KT Tape received 7000 cartons in Q2 2021 -- BIEL had $412,585 gross revenues in Q2 2021. How much of that was from KT Tape?
I don't see that any one OEM Partner spent much $$$ on ActiPatch devices. If KT Tape accounted for half of BIEL's gross revenues, it's still less than $500k. This is peanuts in the world of pain relief. Is KT Tape even smaller than I thought?
If KT Tape and Donjoy are NOT taking a "maybe it'll sell, maybe not, doesn't hurt us if it doesn't" approach... where is their advertising? Where are their promotions? What are they doing to contradict my assertion?
As for KT Tape (or Donjoy) making "a large investment...." KT Tape and Donjoy spent less than $1 million each in the first year (through Q4 2021) and even less in 2022 so far. Is that a large investment for these companies? If so, BIEL needs some bigger OEM Partners, and they need them NOW.
"KT does not take a 'maybe it'll sell, maybe not, doesn't hurt us if it doesn't' attitude with this large of an investment."
If it's true that KT Tape is trying hard to sell their ActiPatch products....
and if it's true that the ActiPatch line is a large investment for KT Tape.....
Then the poor revenues for that last year are even worse than I previously thought. The saving grace might have been "KT Tape wasn't really trying but now they are going to make a bigger investment try harder...." but apparently not, because this constituted a large investment and large effort from KT Tape.
And they STILL sold so little product. Interesting.
