MR D, You'd think all the institutions and hedge funds with all the analysts on staff could figger out PAYS is the perfect inflation play. I believe the small float and size of the company comes into play. Theyr invest sums of $ many of times bigger than PAYS is.
That leaves PAYS to pissants the likes of us.
