Let's put it this way: I've been in manufacturing for decades and can't remember a manufacturer's rep that didn't work out of their home. Again, a commercial location is useless to such a business. Typically Mon-Thurs is spent visit customers and potential customers. Friday is paperwork and phone day settling up future appointments, etc. Nobody calls on the rep's place of business.
