I'm not sure the recipient of the LWLG loan needs the money to do something for LWLG. Wouldn't LWLG simply pay them? Perhaps the loan will allow the recipient to complete their side of the equation or in other words, "hold up their end of the bargain", when it comes to a co-partnered product.
