They are trading on the same exchange. Stock options have not changed. Insider selling at 3 cents? What did they gain by moving to Singapore? I don't understand?
insiders haven't sold 1 single share, they transferred their ALRT shares for a 1 for 1 conversion to ALRTF, same as all shareholders. Technically the ALRT share is "sold" to ALRTF and then ALRTF pays in return 1 share of ALRTF.
It's just the legal speak to complete the 1 for 1 share conversion.
