Yeah I'm curious to find out. He just filed this years annual list about an hour ago as well. Would be great if it was beneficial to current shareholders, and the start of our overdue "year of growth and leap forward" we've been waiting on. I always thought he'd have to be pretty shady to RS though, given that all these companies and patents he's purchased have been with shares of common stock, but who knows..
So I peeked back at both the 2020 and 2021 Annual Lists, and if you click on the "shares" tab, it shows our 8B AS, the 25 series A, the 50 series B, and the 100 series C.
When you view the 2022 Annual List which was filed after the Stock Change filing, it only shows 20M under the shares tab. So unfortunately, unless something was omitted and will need to be refiled, it appears to be a 1 for 400 RS, and the preferreds have been eliminated.
