No. The broker sponsor and lifting the CE are 2 completely different processes. Youd think either the harvard grad or the high powered lawyer would have known that.

Afterall the yelping put out claiming their expertise on all the new rules! Seems peeps here know more than Linda does.

Delays are normal occurrence in every industry. Projects of all scope are rarely executed as per their set timelines. Then there are followup issues, amendments requiring attention etc.

My wife is a Senior Technical PM and i am a Construction Company Operator.

There are almost alwaaaays delays. Even despite of contingencies.

We are golden here... whats a few days to a few years....

Let them wine and complain.

I don't think people fully comprehend the magnitude of this problem.. it's very costly to fix...db$$$$$$$$$$$MM
