I really don't have that many apps running and it is happening on three different machines so they don't all even have the same apps. lol So I am guessing you are not experiencing this problem?
I'm thinking now that maybe Avast is causing the slow boot and found this which is interesting: https://asapguide.com/stop-avast-startup/ Only problem is remembering not to start up any programs for a few minutes after boot. Not sure how that solves things. I could either leave it the way it is and wait a few minutes to boot, or I could change that Avast setting so that it is on delay but I am still waiting, right? Six of one half dozen of the other! lol
