Sokol: I have no evidence of heart disease, but I take cholesterol lowering drugs as a preventative. If AVXL 2-73 has a good safety profile have you seen any reason why it could not be taken as a prophylactic? Of course, the cost would have to be reasonable.

I would much rather take a drug to prevent the onset of Alzheimer's than one to reverse the damage of it.
