I dont my think it’s a conspiracy. The case was presented clearly. Huge decision made without documentation. That in itself is clearly arbitrary and unreasonable. Plus the cfo said the GSEs were on solid footing and didn’t need help as evidenced by the amazing profits henceforth. I’m sure the 4 were like, how stupid are you guys? The other 4 leaned even harder on their incompetence. All we can hope for is that they are not all women in the next case, unless they are accountants.

I think our lawyers were so confident that this was a clear case and it is but you just can’t convince dumb people. The earth is flat.

The odd thing was the limit on damages, the sweep did not end in one day.

I think that Fnma commons can bring their own suit afterwards or combine it.

If a conspiracy theory has every single appearance and characteristic of a true conspiracy, is it still a theory?

Maybe

Just think ever growing government, growing by it's own authority. FHFA is more powerful and larger than OFHEO. Growth.

CFPB brought this argument to the courts. Was that a theory or growth?

The example I think best fits my argument and affects everyone based on cost is IRS growth. Instead of fixing the problem by simplifying the tax code and increasing the use of technology they do what they do: grow. None of this is a conspiracy, all explainable by their primary kission of solving every worhy problem they perceive by more government.

To the hammer, the world is a nail. Everyone wants to work for a growing organization. It represents continued oportunity and employment security.
