I disagree with your premise which appears to be that one slide is all that is necessary to show why all of the other wonderful things don't matter. INCORRECT.
Note that none of your four very brief lines have been explained in any meaningful way. Doesn't the data deserve better?
JerryCampbell, And yet this was the best that Roger Stupp and or another third party could do to match ECAs in a blinded fashion based on all combined factors. This would include age ( remember that little issue about tolerating chemo?), absolute lymphocyte count and other important considerations including propensity to suffer from lymphopenia after chemo/rad which can happen even after treatment begins.
