Ballas needs to address the debt question, by explaining how the issuance of billions of shares for "debt converion", has not resulted in the elimination (or significant reduction) of the debt on the books.

Seems like a pretty straight forward Q to answer, but never has been.

If the debt isn't going to be reduced, why dole out the shares?????

Interesting intro to the IMTL?, do you have a link to this co, search shows two or three diff co's with similar name and could not find Balla anywhere on those, may be a Link would help. IMTL is a 60c stock with low float, a Healthy share structure!.

when I wrote why this stock is still trading and why is this guy is still not in jail, not necessarily means he is a criminal, but the way the company is handled and stock price deteriorated repeatedly back to .0001 or no bids is a serious problem of mismanagement and possibly fraud??!!!..
Most CEOs or managements do not care about shareholder or share price, though they speak about it breathlessly and thumbing the desk like they are working hard?.. simply pretension. You can't let a small business or small cap company's stock price taken for a ride by whoever or whatever force, a CEO or management must make sure they get to the bottom of it and fix it...not letting it ruin the interests for 6m, 1y, 2y, 3y and forever or the long term scenario is poor, short term is horrible.
Look, this is a co and business with a product, sales and some revenues (that is rare in OTC penny companies, as most companies sell words, speeches, youtube videos or sell peoples names or background like fked up facebook garbage?), whereas cbd/cannabis is health related, healing natural wonder and anyone fail to succeed in cannabis/Hemp is an idiot and a moron..!. I would kick the heck of any and everyone who is manipulating this stock price and nail them financially whatever it takes. You can't go on like this forever, it is tasteless, disgusting stock performance. Cannabis/Hemp stocks crashed as a whole long time ago, most or all of them are deliberately brought down in the name of Legalization or legislation crap, who cares about it, it is a multiples of 100s of Billion dollar market already without this legalization bs!. It is just another excuse for Billionaires and criminals to short, bring down and control this sector. UBIQ has potential, but management is not doing it right to fix issues, simply publishing reports and updates is useless. What to do, demonstrate it?, the stock will fly high on its own if you prove it by demonstrating revenues and profits, less or no debts!?.. Stock price and performance is the reflection of how healthy is a business or company?
