I believe that DI will be free to answer many questions once the company issues it's official TLD Statement and schedules the Annual Meeting. Honestly I can't say if the company keeps him informed on when these things will happen, or he's intentionally left in the dark so nothing they don't want released yet will be slipped before they intend it to be out, though I suspect he knows more than he's permitted to say.

Personally I believe that things will be happening around SNO, I can't say if they'll come after the Abstract is out, or a Journal publication, or the actual presentation at SNO, but by the time we get the presentation, or perhaps before the bell on the 21st, a great deal more will be known.
