re: CISCO acquiring tech patents is not an extraordinary event for Cisco, rather
it's their business

back up documents are always available for inspection

billy will have nowhere to hide if the judge authorizes transparency

everyone is blatantly aware regarding what to target

back up documents

it's a simple request to fullfill

end of the day Cisco can be asked to produce such documents.. .and they can't lie

1st trial ~ "we are suing Cox for $133 million".. .not the lower figures we have seen before

$51 million more for Cox than Judge Andrews inferred in last court transcript
Teece's valuation was $0.28-1.06 per modem

line 20 Atlantic Broadband the proposed royalty, at least through 2018, is a lump sum $26.1 million
page 71 line 7 Comcast largest damages number by a factor of almost 2.5
line 15 let's assume Brighthouse is 28.2 million
line 16 Charter then I would figure has to be at least 74 million, something like that
line 21 Dr. Teece ranges Charter somewhere between 74-90 million
line 25 only Comcast has a willfulness claim
page 72 line 11 Cox is approximately 82 million
