It’s crazy but positive for people with money looking to get a steady return right now and I do expect that at some point this is going to switch from an inflationary issue to a deflationary issue. The economy is a giant ship, this is global, and steering it precisely is very challenging, even during easy times. But China is cratering and so is Europe, while it is experiencing an energy shock and inflation. The high dollar is a boost for us in some ways, and will make sourcing from overseas even cheaper, but will also mean lower earnings for US companies. We live in interesting times, but rates like this are more normal than not, historically.
