More dissident shareholders have been threatened with extra legal violence by Cofer Black (whose prior employee has a dire reputation that is either lauded or condemned by recognized by all) than there is any evidence that Dr. Liau has been physically threatened as your post implies. I have no idea whether those threats are credible but in the US even a governor can face abduction and worse let alone private citizens.
