This is the situation before pre-release and pre-approval microchip bios that have been distressed and even those that have not been distressed. Repeating that it is not yet at an appropriate valuation doesn't make the appropriate valuation inappropriate. It is a matter of a few factors, but can, in fact, happen over the course of hours and days.
