Yes and No.

Lamberth affected our choice of jurors when he didn't allow the jury questionnaire.

That would have helped immensely in weeding people out, but Lamberth said there wasn't enough time.

Kind of like restricted damage models to $1.6B then saying the jury decided of their own free will on that #. When options are restricted, you are then driven/ manipulated in a direction of Lamberth/ gov/ etc choosing.

So.....we (P's) didn't actually choose who we wanted, but who we could within our limitations put on by Lamberth. Just like $1.6B, not really a choice when you are restricted to that one number.

But anyway.
