I had to search to find out what you meant by Blue Ocean Strategy and found a few posts that mentioned it. Among them was a post by a iHubber who is no longer active, but who wrapped up the 2019 status of VERB thusly:

There were 22.6 million common shares outstanding in mid-2019.
