With so many moving parts? With so much cash to disclose (all of a sudden)? It's not a surprise that they need extra time. And it's not like they have a history of getting things right the first time either.
Any change would automatically mean 2 or 3 weeks extra IMO. We could still be on track. Hopefully they will file it soon. Could be any day now. And I'm curious what's in it.
