TF said it will take 60 days after they file until they are SEC reporting. Does this mean that the trading restrictions will remain for another two months after filing?

Hopefully they will file it soon.

Beginning of Sept HZ said he believed it to take less than three months before they file.
End of Sept HZ said they were "close to filing".
Oct 22 HZ said they already have the audits, waiting for the financial (final?) draft of the SEC form to be approved and filed.
Very exciting two weeks ahead.
Or, it will be overdue.
Or, they just might file something that is a major disappointment to all shareholders, who knows.
