Maybe Senti is worried about press protections, and would like to bypass that to instead focus on other ne’er de wells.

All good points. If their intent is too stop journalists from pushing what they know are false narratives, he’s the primary suspect. But if their intent is to stop those whom they believe have been illegally shorting, and colluding to do so, the stock, then I think those defendants would be different.

But I don’t know, I really don’t, who they might consider naming in a lawsuit, and even if there is a lawsuit. I do, however, believe the company has been collecting evidence for many years, in the event that they should decide to file one. And I suspect that what happened on May 10th, of which AF played a big role, may have inadvertently tipped the scales in their favour. We’ll have to wait and see if anything is actually forthcoming.

Pqr, do you believe that NWBO might be concerned about their own risk in discovery, and that’s why they’ve been very slow in bringing litigation foreword?

Had it been me, AF and STAT would have been slapped with a lawsuit within 48 hours of 5/10.

Thx.
