generally I'd say the phrase 'guaranteed opportunity' is too ambiguous to give it any meaning. It could mean there is an opportunity out there that is guaranteed to come to fruition, as longs hope it means, or it could mean the company 100% can address the market opportunity that exists. Both have very different meanings.

Since it could mean either of these things, it should be discarded as a phrase that is too ambiguous to give it even a second thought.
