Yes, the markets got the gist from Powell when he changed his comments from earlier in his comments which were construed as "bullish" and had that early effect. He immediately responded to that AP reporter with a strong change in tone....He signaled to the market that he wants the psychology to continue to be negative and wants the market to go lower, not higher. Were still responding to that, so far. Ouch.

As far as AVXL goes, I'm trying to be optimistic especially with that Dec. 1st date approaching....but the bias here (and I am influenced by it) is that it will be great data. I try to only consider Avanex as best as I am able to.

We've been going UP since late Sept with the latest high (yep, near that ominous 13.50 level) and we are at trend line support with various other supports nearby. I need to just watch now; there are the bearish ones and bullish ones, as always...that's good....a biased long here

Yes, its my Core that I say I will never sell, but what a shame it would be to watch it evaporate in a crash. I plan to trim just a small piece to add dry powder ,just in case I have a chance to load up again at 3 dollars in a crash.

Understand your cash commit but suggest you keep in mind that AVXL presents more that just a WS grab bag. Millions of people's lives are on the table here. AVXL will not just go off as a gas. Let the science and integrity be the basis for any choice.
