PHIL That is a good analysis and how I see it. Making a bridge for success with the largest diamond trading companies, being Jewish ..What is not to like.. imo ~ MM

An extensive relationship and alliance with the Dubai Diamond Exchange is built and
will lead to great success together with the PHI Group.
Dubai offers many advantages, with the greatest one being the current attractive tax
system. It is to be expected that this system will change once; the question is on what
term. The biggest issue with Dubai is, however, the barrier for the Jewish traders to
come in. Today, still most of the leading trading companies are Jewish and for them,
Dubai is certainly not attractive for doing business.
Therefore, the ultimate new Exchange will be established in Vietnam under the PHI
Group umbrella and in partnership with the Vietnamese federal and provincial
government in the Chu LAI Free Economic Zone.
