Missed deadline after deadline. Heck, even the 1000:1 RS was a swing and a miss lol
However, I think they pulled that once the IST completed and my hopes was (Tuskegee would save them)
That is the logical next PR. They wouldn't have sold for no reason. Not to a nothing company with no pipeline of opportunities. They got a peak and liked what they saw in order to give up full control and take 10% of TPT strategic.
