read the chapter 11 closing document again... classes 19, and 22 are 'IMPAIRED'...the document says nothing about possible filing of claims after the bk closure to be honored.. it says if they are filed.... so, now, class 19 has to go to court, penetrate the "corporate veil", and force payment from WMIH for their "proof of claims" outside the chapter 11 closing, after they signed releases !!!!.....good luck with that...sleep tight on that...years of litigation awaits you..
