One "advisor" whose brain was damaged beyond repair was just one who contributed to the "blueprint". I'm certain there were others with greater knowledge as to how to squeeze investors dry. As to the PR's, they were authored by people with fertile imaginations but they finally ran out of material and began repeating the same old lies.
Altogether I believe it was a grand scheme devised by a handful of crooks with no knowledge of mining, only how to run a scam. PT was the unwashed, poorly educated titular head of a P&D.
