False. There have been 886+ prior trials. NONE have shown 5 year OS for both nGBM and rGBM until DCVax-L. This is simply a fact. NWBO has had unprecedented success. Experts agree the trial was a success. Might need to add an IT expert to the right side but otherwise this is a pretty comprehensive list until the SNO abstract and/or JA come out, at which time more names will be added to the left side.

Have a great one pal! by.

So why has the SOC remained the same for so long. It's not just me saying it, it's people who are treating patients saying how many years it has been since anyone extended OS. There are trials that add something to ease symptoms, reduce swelling, may even be pseudoresponse, but still giving patients some comfort. But none have extended OS, no drug, subject to the higher standards of drugs, has been approved.

Say what you want. That's the way of social media. You can make any claim and say it as if it's the absolute truth. I'm comfortable that I'm speaking consistently with the evidence and with those who have been working to cure this disease. I don't claim to be a doctor. I'm not. Neither are you. So let's listen to the doctors.

Not sure why you're linking to this random survey. It doesn't prove your point. Early trials often are successful. It's in the Phase 3 stage that they fail. Let's not play around and try to fool people... What I said was the truth and you can't point to any treatment that has been successful at extending live as a drug, other than those in the current SOC for nGBM, and there is no standard of care for rGBM.

Nonsensical statements even after a highly successful P3 trial.

I guess they just all had to use ECAs and we could have dozens of approved ATL-DC's by now.

I don't think so:

NYAS Slide 16 of 48:

2. Validation of the external controls approach
For each comparator study, the treatment arm was compared against
the external controls determined for DCVax-L trial. For each of the
15 comparator studies, results were same as originally reported.

No more lies, please.
