Too much inflation abounds, who has the money to upgrade to whatever new products might come out?

Obsessive apple customers do. It is almost a cult following of Apple products.

I'll never forget walking through a local mall one morning several years ago. I came upon a crowd of people, just waiting in line. It stretched around a corner.

I walk around the corner expecting to see some special event; ( a book signing by the author, or to meet some local celebrity etc.) NO, it was simply people waiting for the Apple store to open. 🤔 🤦

Cult following. They will max out credit cards to buy the latest $3000 phone, just to be trendy.
