Yep. Just because Delfin is ready doesn't mean that FERC won't continue to slow walk this puppy. They have Delfin fatigue, and they are no longer under the guidance of Mr. Perry unfortunately.
Delfin is positioned differently today with deals signed and pending but that doesn't change the fact that this renewal should have been approved back when Delfin first requested its 4th renewal this past summer.
Do they have to wait until the next Sunshine Meeting Nov. 17th? It's looking that way but who knows how many pending cases there are and who takes priority? Last year we expected a September Sunshine approval, and it took until January '22. No reason to believe that this year will be any different. I hope not.
November 10th is when the Sunshine Agenda will be released. Fingers crossed.
