srin.. you are correct about being in business for 11 years now, it's called dilution. Have you looked at the share structure 22 billion shares and counting, have you looked at their sales nonexistent. And lastly have you seen the toilet swirling PPS. Wished I was wrong because my millions of shares are averaged at .0041 per share with a long way to go to break even.

BioElectronics is in a relationship with failure.

Had sales kept up with dilution things might have been different.

Today's trading amounts to noteholders getting what they can out before the total collapse.

Very few are buying the gizmo...
