Marjac, You are absolutely correct about the allegations. What I don't understand is the reason for the action. How does DRL stand to benefit? If they win, what do they want? They already have the supply they need. Forcing Amarin to leave the US market would be a victory without purpose. Amarin can't relinquish suppliers. They will need that supply as they unlock foreign markets.
I am at a loss.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Marjac - The hipocracy is astounding. That's real rich for these companies, who couldn't care less about destroying a company with one product to sell. What do they expect? An unbiased fair court would look at the dynamics at play here and say, "wait a minute, who the f**k is being the predator monopolist here?" We haven't once, ever, seen deference given to Amrn's single drug disadvantage, and what is required to bring a drug to market, and turn positive cash flow. The piling on has been relentless.

Tell me that's normal.
