I have asked this question before but today asked again to the former CEO of the company. I think investors "over there", would have to have a US brokerage account to invest in a OTC Pink listed stock which very few people there would or would want to set up.
I asked if the up-listing that is planned would make a difference to this situation...
Will post his answer. No volume in this stock is a joke. However, waiting for US investors to provide that volume in RHCO has been a failed policy for about 10 years... I have owned RHCO off and on since the company was Wellux International so I know. Since did not own a great deal, I just always thought/hoped they might get their S**t together and actually start building a significant company.
