Well bell it was true that the reg a was put in place to acquire money to pay for the acquisitions, DVLP sold over 100 million shares to acquire $600,000 to be able to have the down payment for the acquisitions. That will show when the OTC updates. Now if DVLP did not have conventional financing they would still be selling those reg A shares to acquire the rest of the money for the acquisitions. It certainly would’ve been nice to know from the beginning that we had conventional financing. That makes a huge difference with These acquisitions, and future acquisitions. DVLP is gonna go through the roof. I am buying more today
