I like it... my buddy is a smoker in a few ways, he starts smoking his meats at 4:20. ;) Good plan for a smoker and it's perfect for a beginner.

Buck, Good board... I saw this same trash can setup years ago. Don't remember the guys name, but he gave a recipe for BBQ sauce which had Orange Juice as a component which I have sadly lost...
I love Brisket and Pork Ribs especially. Sadly I don't get to eat it as much as I like because of Dr.'s orders. Several years ago I ran across plans on how to build a cold smoker in an old cook book a relative had. I'll see if I can find them and possibly post pictures etc.
