That's the main reason why I'm in this because of the SEC filings, too many things they can do when they don't file, this is a nice play for under a penny.
there will be well over 2 bil shares outstanding soon. dvlp needs cash as they have no revenues and no cash to "acquire" anything. only inexperienced traders buying at this time. they will need to r/s soon and the 1 billion shares coming into this soon will take the stock to trips. buyer beware. read filings. the bad news is right there in black and white.
