This is yet another vain attempt by BIIB! It will forever tarnish the medical utility of Big Pharma and BIIB LILLY, and Eisai ,in particular. When AVXL gets its data out and on display fully folks are going to wonder what value Big Pharma has, because those 100000 employees of Big Pharma have just been outdone 10x by a AVXL company of 25 employees!

It's interesting that Eisai has ownership of the FDA application process, but understandable. Way too many questions would be raised were the FDA to approve a Biogen NDA for its next mab.
