We are talking about being SOX fully reporting, not pink sheet current. Until they file an official 10K report the market discounts everything they post as bullshit at worst or lacking veracity at best.
You mentioned that their latest 10K is due Oct 29. Do you know if it’s been filed? Or will it be posted Monday? Or will we never see it just like anything else of significance from this joke of a company?
