You're talking the audited version which they aren't required to do to stay pink current. If they didn't have all their filings out they wouldn't be pink current. The latest 10k is due 10/29, whether or not it's audited is another question. I'm hoping it will be so we can start the uplist process. Email I received stated they were starting the audit process so I'm assuming it'll be for this report. The tweets are related to the business they are in or about their specific business...may not be the news the market is looking for but you can't say it's irrelevant
