That’s a good suggestion because I’m a fan of the blues, and a particular song I like is Stormy Monday by T-Bone Walker !!!

When I think of horse and meat, I think of the Italian deli meat mortadella, because in Italy it was available made from horse meat in addition to the pork variety sold in the USA. They say horse meat is sweet, but I think of Trigger, Black Beauty, and Mr. Ed, and stick with pork :-)
